Initial<\/strong> <strong>criteria<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>ISSN must be registered and visible on the website and in the journal\u2019s articles, whether digital or paper.<\/p>\n\n<p>The publication&#8217;s title must correspond to the ISSN and the field of research. It should be indicated in each article, as well as on the issue, the journal and the website.<\/p>\n\n<p>The name of the publisher must be clearly displayed, verifiable, and a postal address must be included.<\/p>\n\n<p>If the publication is available online and in print, the URL and access to the content of the latest issue should be provided.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Web of Science editorial team must have access to the publication\u2019s full content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presence of an editorial and peer review policy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presence of contact details and role descriptions of the editorial team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.<\/strong> <strong>Editorial<\/strong> <strong>criteria: 2<\/strong><sup><strong>nd<\/strong><\/sup> <strong>stage<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Scientific content and research papers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Headings and abstracts must be in English<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bibliographic information should be written in Roman script.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All texts should be written in clear language, understandable to all.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regular publication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear and up-to-date website with links to the publisher&#8217;s website and vice versa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presence of a statement relating to ethics and best practices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Members of the editorial committee should be clearly identified and easy to contact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full affiliation of authors: names, institutions, location.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. <strong>Quality<\/strong> <strong>asses<\/strong><strong>sment<\/strong> of the review<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Composition of the editorial board<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adequacy between content and editorial policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quality of review by peers and content\/scope adequacy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Funding details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respect of community standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Geographical diversity of authors and relevance of their background<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Appropriate citations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Assessment of the journal&#8217;s impact<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comparative citation analysis: number of citations and source of citations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Author citation analysis: author&#8217;s publication history in Web of Science and relevance of the authors&#8217; citation network<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analysis of citations by the editorial committee: publication history in Web of Science and relevance of the citation network from members of the editorial committee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Value of the content<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Application form<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Web of Science Publisher Portal <a href=\"https:\/\/clarivate.com\/webofsciencegroup\/support\/wospublisherportal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><u>https:\/\/clarivate.com\/webofsciencegroup\/support\/wospublisherportal\/<\/u><\/a><\/p>\n\n<p>Create a <a href=\"https:\/\/access.clarivate.com\/register?app=wpp&amp;referrer=%2Fwpp%2Fhome\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/access.clarivate.com\/register?app=wpp&amp;referrer=%2Fwpp%2Fhome\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">user account on Clarivate<\/a>. Then request publisher access via the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.clarivate.com\/ScientificandAcademicResearch\/s\/publisher-portal-access-request?language=en_US\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/support.clarivate.com\/ScientificandAcademicResearch\/s\/publisher-portal-access-request?language=en_US\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">publisher portal access form<\/a>. Once accepted, you can submit your journal for evaluation.<\/p>\n\n<p>The stages:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ISSN<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Language: select one or two (max) language(s) and indicate which elements are displayed in that language (title of the article, author&#8217;s name, author&#8217;s address, references, keywords, abstract)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Information about the journal (name, URL, publisher, title owner, publication frequency, volume of publication, 1st year of publication, partnerships, discipline, links to ethics statements and assessment policy, plagiarism detection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Re-submission opportunity<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>It is possible to reapply:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ejection at the initial stage or for editorial reasons: immediate re-submission is possible<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>refusal based on quality or impact: re-submission is possible after 2 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How to index your journal in the Web of Science?
